Weekend Junior Barista – First Job Opportunity

We’re looking for a mature, reliable, and enthusiastic junior barista to join our team on Saturdays and/or Sundays.

This role is ideal for confident 15–16-year-olds seeking their first job who want to learn professionalism, responsibility and confidence in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The role includes:

• Pulling espresso shots and assisting a senior barista
• Preparing soft drinks and smoothies at a fast pase
• Keeping the coffee and drinks area clean, organised and well stocked

• A mature attitude and strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to accept constructive feedback and learn from it
• Calm and effective under pressure, especially during busy periods
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual and well presented
• A positive, respectful approach to customers and team members

Shifts:

• Saturday and/or Sunday
• Between 9:30am – 4:00pm
• Shift length may vary
• must be available during the christmas period

This is a structured, supportive training role with clear expectations and high standards — ideal for someone who wants to build strong work habits and real hospitality skills.
