About the Role

As a Trainee Operations Manager , you’ll receive training across customer engagement, campaign support and day-to-day business operations.

You’ll work alongside experienced team members and leaders while developing the communication, organisational and leadership skills needed to take on greater responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of customer acquisition campaigns
• Engage professionally with customers through face-to-face interactions
• Assist with day-to-day campaign and operational activities
• Monitor and contribute to campaign performance
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives
• Take part in regular coaching and professional development
• Develop your understanding of business operations and leadership
• Progress towards increased responsibility as your skills and experience develop
