Role Description The Sales Engineer (Entry Level) role is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The role involves supporting the sales process by understanding technical specifications of piping solutions, preparing basic proposals and quotations, and assisting in product demonstrations for industrial clients and EPC contractors. The Sales Engineer will respond to customer inquiries, provide technical support under guidance, and coordinate with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions. Daily tasks include maintaining records of customer interactions, contributing to sales presentations, and learning industry standards and applications relevant to industrial piping systems. The role also includes collaboration with senior sales engineers to develop opportunities, build customer relationships, and support overall sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills related to Sales Engineering and Technical Support for industrial or engineering products.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess fundamental Sales skills, including lead follow-up, basic negotiation support, and opportunity tracking.
• Candidates should ideally have a technical background in mechanical, industrial, or civil engineering, or a related discipline.
• Candidates should demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
