Overview

We are currently recruiting for a range of exciting hospitality opportunities across our London restaurants, as well as for our new opening in central london.

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join dynamic hospitality team in the following positions:

• Waiters/Waitresses
• Junior Sommeliers

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and taking accurate orders for food and beverages
• Assist in food preparation and ensure timely delivery of dishes to maintain high-quality standards
• Serve drinks confidently, including bartending duties if applicable, and recommend wine or beverage pairings as a Junior Sommelier or Bar Manager
• Supervise daily restaurant or bar operations, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
• Manage team members by delegating tasks, overseeing service flow, and maintaining a positive work environment
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to ensure an exceptional dining experience

Experience

• Previous experience in restaurant service, hospitality, or food and beverage roles is highly preferred
• Supervising or team management experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
• Familiarity with food safety standards is essential
• Knowledge of wine service or sommelier skills is a plus for Junior Sommelier applicants
• Barista experience or background in bar management can be beneficial for beverage-focused positions
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
