Vault Systems Ltd is a growing Fire & Security company based in Bishopbriggs. We are looking for a friendly, organised and motivated Office Junior to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in an office environment. Previous office experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.

The Role

You will support our office and management team with the day-to-day running of the business. Your duties will include:

● Answering telephone calls and dealing with customer enquiries

● Monitoring and responding to emails

● General administration and data entry

● Updating customer and job information on our systems

● Assisting with engineer paperwork and completed job reports

● Helping to organise engineer appointments and site visits

● Preparing and updating spreadsheets

● Assisting with quotes and customer documentation

● Filing and maintaining accurate company records

● Supporting the finance and operations team with general administrative tasks

● Liaising with customers, engineers and suppliers

● Other general office duties as required

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

● Reliable and punctual

● Friendly and confident when speaking to customers

● Organised with good attention to detail

● Comfortable using computers, email and Microsoft Office

● Willing to learn new systems

● Able to work as part of a busy team

● Keen to learn and progress within the company

Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word or Excel would be required
