Right at Home Tyneside is actively recruiting an ambitious, driven, and caring Team Leader for our growing office. We deliver high-quality care and support to adults living in the comfort of their own home. This is a full-time role working in Newcastle, North Tyneside and Northumberland

What you will do:

  • Provide general administrative support to the office team
  • Answer telephone calls and deal with enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Respond to emails and pass information to the appropriate team member
  • Update client and staff records accurately
  • File and maintain accurate documentation
  • Assist with staff compliance and training records
  • Support the care team with general administrative tasks
  • Input information onto computer systems
  • Print, scan and photocopy documents
  • Assist with care plans, medication records and other office documentation
  • Help maintain an organised and efficient office
  • Support colleagues with general office duties when required
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures
  • Communicate professionally with clients, families, care staff and other professionals#

What you will have:

  • Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office

Previous office or administration experience would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
