Every day, thousands of parcels cross the world, and we’re the people who make sure they get there. We Ship Global Forwarding, part of the Raptor Logistics Group, is a specialist in e-commerce logistics, and we’re looking for a high-energy, enthusiastic Office Junior to join our Felixstowe team.

No experience in freight? No problem. We’re hiring for attitude, energy and curiosity. We’ll teach you the rest.

About the role

This is a hands-on, no-two-days-the-same position at the heart of our office. You’ll support the team across admin, customer service and shipment operations, and you’ll learn the ropes of international freight forwarding from people who live and breathe it.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the operations team with day-to-day shipment tracking and updates
• Preparing and processing shipping documents and paperwork
• Answering customer calls and emails with a friendly, can-do attitude
• Keeping our systems accurate and up to date
• Liaising with colleagues, carriers and customers to keep shipments moving
• Jumping in wherever the team needs a hand
• Picking up new skills quickly as we grow

• Confident with computers and quick to learn new systems (Microsoft Office knowledge is helpful)

Previous logistics or office experience is a bonus, but not essential.
