We're a growing sales and marketing company based in Chelmsford, representing nationally recognised brands across various sectors. Our work focuses on customer-facing sales and marketing, brand engagement and customer acquisition.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee , you'll develop hands-on experience in sales and marketing while learning how successful campaigns, teams and business operations are managed.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Engagement: Communicating with prospective customers, understanding their needs and building positive relationships.
• Sales & Marketing: Supporting customer acquisition campaigns, promoting products and services and working towards performance targets.
• Campaign Coordination: Helping organise daily campaign activities, preparing materials and maintaining accurate customer and campaign records.
• Performance Monitoring: Tracking results, reviewing customer feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Participating in team meetings, sharing updates and supporting colleagues in achieving business objectives.
• Leadership Development: Shadowing experienced leaders and gradually gaining exposure to coaching, onboarding and team coordination.
