This isn't your typical business development role.

One day you could be building relationships with leading sports organisations. The next, you'll be helping to shape proposals for some of the world's biggest sporting events.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Junior Business Development Manager to help us identify new opportunities, strengthen client relationships and support the next phase of our success. Based in the North West or London, you'll become part of a team that's passionate about delivering world-class experiences and pushing the boundaries of what's possible in live events.

The Opportunity

If you're someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and spotting opportunities, this role offers the chance to combine those skills with the excitement of the sports and live events industry.

Working closely with our producers, project teams and senior leadership team, you'll help develop existing partnerships, win new business and contribute to projects seen by millions of fans around the world.

What You'll Be Doing

Building and developing strong relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the live events sector.
Supporting and growing key customer accounts.
Assisting with presentations, pitches and tender submissions.
Collaborating with producers and project teams to create innovative event solutions.
Researching industry trends, competitors and potential growth opportunities.
Contributing to the continued growth and success of ADI.

What We're Looking For

A natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
Experience in sales, account management or business development is a bonus, but not essential.
Confidence engaging with clients and stakeholders.
A proactive, self-motivated and positive approach.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A genuine passion for sport, live events and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
