Junior Waterproofing Surveyor Role

Job Role

As a Junior Waterproofing Surveyor, you will work alongside senior surveyors to learn the complexities of structural waterproofing design. You will balance your time between CAD detailing, Quoting and client Technical Responses.

Key Responsibilities

• CAD Detailing : Assist in conducting detailed Waterproofing CAD details of basements, cellars, and below-ground structures..
• Quoting: Prepare comprehensive quote reports, including design drawings, spreadsheet quotes, 3D details etc.
• Professional Development: Actively study toward industry-recognized qualifications, specifically the CSSW qualification.

What We Are Looking For

• Background: A positive and professional who has some knowledge of Architectural design and good CAD skills.
• Skills: Strong technical interest and excellent attention to detail.
• Driving Licence: A full driving licence is essential for site travel as part of the training.
• Attributes: A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and an eagerness to learn specialised construction techniques.
• Microsoft: Experience using Microsoft products Excel, Word, PDF, Teams etc.
• Drawing Design: AutoCAD and Bluebeam Experience and training.

Pay: £26,194.74-£26,436.80 per year
