Junior Videographer & Video Editor

Resonance is a London-based performance and recovery brand pioneering Energywear. Every Resonance product is powered by RESONANCE™ TECHNOLOGY, our proprietary technology engineered directly into the fabric.

Resonance is looking for a junior videographer and editor to join our in-house content team full-time.

This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who can film and edit. You will be on the ground at our events, shoots and in the office capturing what happens, then cutting that footage into content for socials such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

You will work alongside ourcontent team. The expectation is not that you already know everything. It is that you can shoot competently, edit well, and want to get significantly better while working on real brand content every week.

We are a small, fast-moving team. You will be trusted with real responsibility quickly, and your work will go out to our audience rather than sitting in a folder.

What you'll be doing

• Filming at events, activations, athlete shoots and brand days
• Capturing behind-the-scenes footage of the team and the day-to-day of the business
• Filming interviews with athletes, ambassadors, customers and our own team
• Shooting product and lifestyle content
• Editing what you film into Reels, TikToks, YouTube videos and ad content
• Supporting our ongoing YouTube documentary series, Resonance: Behind the Brand
• Finding strong moments in existing footage and turning them into new posts
• Managing footage properly: offloading, backing up and keeping files organised
• Working closely with our videographer and content lead on direction and feedback

What we're looking for

• Someone who can both film and edit, even if one is stronger than the other right now
• A showreel, portfolio or social page showing work you've shot or edited
• Comfortable with a camera: framing, exposure, audio and lighting basics
• Confident in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar
• A good eye for a moment, and an understanding of what works on Reels, TikTok and YouTube
• Organised and reliable, especially with footage and deadlines
• Happy being around people, filming in busy rooms and directing someone gently when needed
• Keen to learn, take feedback and improve quickly
• Based in or able to travel to London

This would suit a recent film, media or content graduate, or someone who has been shooting and editing independently and wants their first full-time role with a brand.

Equipment

Your own camera and editing setup is preferred. As you grow into the role and we see what you can do, we would look at upgrading your kit through Resonance.

Hours, location and travel

This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours a week.

The work is a mix of on-site and remote. Expect roughly one to two days on site a week to begin with, rising to two to four days in busier weeks depending on what events and shoots are on. Our office is currently North Greenwich, London.

Most events and shoots are in and around London, with some travel elsewhere in the UK. Some events fall on weekends, and time off in the week is given in return. A driving licence is useful but not essential.

Pay

£25,000 to £26,000 a year, depending on experience and portfolio.
