Junior UX Designer | 35k + 2k bonus | 1 x a week in Surrey | Tech for Good

I’m currently working on a brilliant opportunity for a Junior UX Designer looking to kick-start or develop their career within a supportive Product & Design team! This is perfect for someone straight out of University of with 1 - 2 years experience.

✨ What we’re looking for:

A strong UX portfolio – academic, personal, freelance or professional projects all welcome

🌷Experience with Figma, components and prototyping

🌷Understanding of user-centred design, usability and accessibility

🌷Exposure to wireframes, user flows, mock-ups and interactive prototypes

🌷A good visual eye and strong attention to detail

🌷Most importantly someone curious, grounded and genuinely keen to learn and develop.

You’ll gain exposure to user research, design systems, B2B software and close collaboration with Product & Engineering, with direct mentorship and a clear progression path towards Mid-level UX Designer.

✅Structure: 1 x a week in office | Surrey

✅Salary: £35k + Bonus

✅Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays/ option to buy a further 5 days holiday
