We are looking for a detail-oriented, organised, and analytical Junior Tourism Data Analyst with an interest in travel, tourism, destinations, data analysis, and tourism markets.

In this role, you will assist with collecting, organising, reviewing, and analysing tourism-related information and data. You will help identify patterns, trends, customer preferences, travel demand, and other useful insights that can support travel-related activities and business decisions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with collecting and organising tourism-related data and information.
  • Review travel and tourism data from relevant internal and external sources.
  • Assist with analysing customer preferences, travel interests, travel dates, budgets, and general requirements.
  • Organise information relating to destinations, travel products, holiday options, accommodation, attractions, and travel experiences.
  • Identify basic patterns and trends within tourism-related data.
  • Assist with comparing different travel products and tourism markets.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate data records, spreadsheets, reports, and information.
  • Assist with reviewing travel demand and customer behaviour information.
  • Support the preparation of tourism-related summaries and data reports.
  • Check data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Identify missing, inconsistent, or unusual information and report issues where appropriate.
  • Assist with organising customer and travel-related datasets.
  • Review travel product information to ensure relevant data is accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor changes in travel products, destinations, seasonal offers, and tourism conditions.
  • Assist with tracking seasonal changes and travel demand.
  • Communicate with appropriate team members when additional information or clarification is required.
  • Complete assigned daily data-related tasks accurately and within the required timeframe.
