The Role

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in hiring high-impact employees.

• Review applications and identify top candidates for open roles.

• Proactively source passive talent for various positions.

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new talent.

• Contribute to creating a positive candidate experience.

What You'll Need

• A strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR practices.

• An analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.

• The ability to work autonomously and learn new topics quickly.

• Excellent writing skills and native-level English proficiency.

• Availability for a 6-month full-time internship.

• Previous experience screening candidates is a plus.
