JUNIOR STYLIST – PROM SEASON 2027 – £10.85–£12.71 PH PLUS COMMISSION – PAID TRAINING IN DECEMBER

Proms & Beyond is looking for fun, confident and stylish Junior Stylists to join our team for the 2027 prom season. You’ll help clients find their dream dress and make sure they leave buzzing about their experience.

This is a fixed-term, zero-hours role from January to June 2027, starting with paid training in December 2026.

WHAT WE’LL GIVE YOU

• £10.85–£12.71 per hour depending on age, plus commission on your sales
• Full paid training in December 2026, so you’re ready to style from day one
• Flexible shifts around college, university or another job, mainly weekends plus weekday evenings until 7pm
• Extra shifts over February half term and Easter if you want them
• Hands-on experience in a luxury boutique: styling clients, creating content and learning how a fashion business really works

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Aged 18 or over
• A warm, outgoing personality that clients will love and remember
• A genuine love of fashion and a good eye for style
• Confidence to guide clients towards the right dress and suggest the finishing touches
• Happy on your feet and calm when the shop is busy
• Comfortable being on camera, helping create content and capturing clients’ special moments (with their permission)
• Pride in your appearance, as you’ll be the face of the boutique
• Reliable and available most weekends from January to June 2027
• Experience in a bridal or prom boutique would be amazing, but it isn’t essential. Full training is given.

Female applicants only: the role involves helping clients dress and undress in the fitting room (an occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010).

Proms & Beyond is Hemel Hempstead’s luxury prom and occasionwear boutique at Riverside Shopping Centre. We dress hundreds of students every season for one of the biggest nights of their lives, and every appointment is personal, fun and unforgettable.
