We have an exciting new opportunity, which would be ideal for a recent graduate or student in a placement year to join the Tea Supply team at Twinings for 12 months. Reporting to the Specification & Systems Technologist, you will be working within the Quality and Food Safety team and with a range of stakeholders throughout the business on a project to develop specification processes within Twinings.

Key Responsibilities

• To collate samples and data from around the business and summarise findings as defined by the project team. To include photographing samples, arranging tasting sessions and data transfer from existing sources.
• To support the project team with validating uploaded data in specification system.
• To support the Quality and Food Safety team with other specification tasks as needed.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

• Food science degree, or equivalent (desirable)
• Competent in the use of Excel and other Microsoft applications
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively, with a wide range of stakeholders
• Experience with specifications and specification databases desirable, but not essential
