Junior Sous Chef

We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our dedicated kitchen team. We are a 20 bedroom boutique hotel with a 40 cover two rosette restaurant.

We are looking for a team player that can work well under pressure. The brigade consists of 4 full time Chefs, who are all very passionate about producing their awarding winning menus utilizing locally sourced ingredients, as well as a breakfast chef and an afternoon tea chef.

This role will work closely with the head and sous chef in managing the day-to-day running of the kitchen, assisting in menu planning & overseeing junior members of the team.

This would suit an experienced chef de partie looking for a fresh challenge.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ previous experience within a quality establishment preferably at 2 rosette level with a keen passion to progress

Live in is avaialble.

In addition to the salary, tips are paid. These normally add approximately £4k per annum.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: Up to £36,000.00 per year
