Junior Sous Chef

We are looking for a junior sous chef to join our team at The Guy Fawkes Arms in Scotton, OWN TRANSPORT IS ESSENTIAL

As a junior sous chef you’ll be expected to run a specific section within the kitchen and report in to the Head Chef/Sous Chef

You will prepare, cook and present high quality Food that is in keeping with our high standards.

It is expected that you will be trained and skilled to the level that ensures you adhere to all company and legal standards with regards to health, safety and hygiene.

• Must be able to run a section
• Hands on individual

• Keen attention to detail
