Now,we’re on the hunt for a Junior Sous Chef with a passion for patties (and maybe a few grease stains to prove it) who can support our kitchen team in serving up world-class burgers,even when the smash hits the pan. If you’ve got the skills to flip a patty like a pro,thrive in a fast-paced kitchen,and love the idea of creating burger magic every day,then we want YOU!

What You’ll Need:

• Team Spirit: You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team,assisting with day-to-day prep and service. You’re not just part of the team – you’re helping to lead by example and show the crew what quality cooking looks like.
• Food Excellence: Every dish is your chance to shine. Whether it’s perfecting that juicy burger or ensuring every plate is 10/10,you’ll be hands-on in making sure only the best hits the pass.
• Kitchen Know-How: You’ll help maintain a smooth-running kitchen by following the systems in place,assisting with food prep,and ensuring everything is fresh and ready to go for service.
• Attention to Detail: If something’s not right,you’ll help catch it before it gets to the plate. Whether it's fixing a small issue or keeping food moving quickly and efficiently,you’re always thinking on your feet.
• Ingredient Mastery: You’ll be on top of stock levels,ensuring all ingredients are prepped and ready. If something’s running low or missing,you’ll be able to find a solution or alert the right person.
• Get It Done Attitude: The kitchen moves fast,and so do you. Whether it’s during the lunch rush or the late-night dinner service,if you thrive in a high-pressure environment and love the idea of working hard for the perfect burger,we want you!
