Cabotte Wine Bar & Restaurant is looking for an ambitious and talented Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.

Founded by two Master Sommeliers with extensive London restaurant experience, Cabotte brings together exquisite French cuisine and an exceptional wine list, showcasing both beautiful Burgundy classics and interesting rarities from the region.

We are looking for a chef who is passionate about French cooking, quality produce and delivering consistently high standards in a professional, refined restaurant environment.

• Has proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or in a similar position.
• Has experience working in a high-quality restaurant with a similar style and ethos.
• Takes pride in using excellent ingredients and maintaining consistently high standards.
• Is organised, reliable and able to perform well under pressure.
• Is a supportive team player with good communication skills.
• Is keen to develop their skills and take the next step in their culinary career.
