Junior Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team within the fuel industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their sales career who is eager to learn, develop, and progress within a supportive and collaborative environment.

You will be working closely with experienced team members who will provide ongoing training, guidance, and mentoring to help you build confidence and succeed in the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective customers to introduce our fuel card solutions
• Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
• Support the sales team in managing leads and following up enquiries
• Learn how to analyse customer fuel usage and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system
• Work towards individual and team sales targets

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office / CRM systems)
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
