Junior Receptionist

Based in the heart of London, South West Six is a Fulham-based Afro-Caribbean Unisex hair salon. We provide a wide range of hair services, cosmetics, and advice. Our business is growing, and we are now looking for a Junior Receptionist to join our team.

Main responsibilities include:

• Welcoming clients, arranging client bookings, and taking security deposits.
• Handling cash and card transactions according to set procedures.
• Selling products and providing service information.
• Answering the salon telephone, taking customer details and messages.
• Stock checking and uploading.
• Content taking.

It is desired but not necessary to have previous experience to work for us. What we would like is someone who has a passion for delivering excellent customer service and takes pride in the services that they provide. Knowledge of the hair and beauty industry would be a bonus, including hair trends etc.

We have multiple vaccines available. Part time and full-time positions.
