United Infrastructure is looking to recruit a motivated and organised Commercial Assistant to join our team in Ayrshire, supporting the delivery of our LCT - LV Framework SP Contract.

Reporting directly to the LCT Commercial Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within the commercial and quantity surveying environment of the infrastructure and utilities sector.

You'll play an important role in supporting the commercial delivery of the contract, working closely with the Commercial Manager and Quantity Surveyor to help ensure commercial targets and contractual requirements are achieved.

The Role - Key Responsibilities

• Support the commercial delivery of the LCT - LV Framework SP Contract across Ayrshire.
• Assist the Quantity Surveyor with the preparation and development of Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for the client.
• Support the commercial team in monitoring contract performance and working towards agreed KPI targets.
• Assist with day-to-day commercial administration and reporting.
• Maintain accurate commercial records, documentation and information.
• Work collaboratively with operational and commercial colleagues to support effective contract delivery.
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
