PIP are a busy Property Lettings & Management Company
An established rapidly expanding lettings business.
The junior Property Manager will work under an experienced Property Manager and develop in the role.
The job is administrational based, dealing with all aspects of lettings paperwork, ensuring all compliance documentation is up to date, as well as the company database.
The role will involve liaising with our landlords from initial contact, dealing with our maintenance contractors and other personnel. Written and oral communication skills are essential as are computer skills.
The candidate will travel to properties and conduct viewings as well as undertake property inspections.
The ideal candidate will need a car and expenses will be paid. Candidates must have some basic knowledge of lettings.
Hours: 40 per week
