Location: Any SUEZ UK location 3 x per week

Hours: 37.5 hours per week full time, can consider part time hours upon request (please detail in application)

Start date: 4th January onwards

About The Role What will I be doing?

• Support the planning and delivery of projects by maintaining project schedules, logs and documentation under the guidance of a Project Manager.
• Assist with gathering and organising information needed for scope clarification, planning, reporting and decision-making.
• Coordinate small work packages or clearly defined project tasks, ensuring activities are completed as planned.
• Help monitor project progress by updating RAID logs, action logs and status reports.

What are the requirements?

• Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and the project lifecycle.
• Awareness of common delivery methodologies (e.g., waterfall, Agile) and willingness to learn how to apply them.
• Understanding of key project documentation (e.g., plans, RAID logs, status reports) and why it is important.
