JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER | SAS SCAFFOLDING

I’m looking for someone with a bit of fire in their belly.

Someone who wants to understand how a business works, take responsibility, make things happen and build a career they can be proud of.

You’ll work directly alongside me, learning how to price work, deliver projects, build client relationships and help grow SAS Scaffolding.

You’ll see how decisions get made, what makes a job profitable and what it takes to get good people working well together.

Here’s what will make you stand out:

🔥 You take initiative. You spot what needs doing, ask sensible questions and follow things through.

🤝 You’re good with people. You can hold your own with clients, listen to experienced scaffolders and earn respect by keeping your word.

🧠 You’ve got a commercial head. You’re interested in the numbers, the details and how to deliver a good job that makes money.

📈 You want to get somewhere. You’re willing to learn, take feedback and put what you’ve learned into practice.

You’ll start with real work and support behind you: site surveys, client conversations, pricing and coordinating smaller scaffolding projects. As your ability grows, so will the responsibility.

SAS is growing, and I want someone who can become a big part of that growth. There’s room to take ownership of larger projects, help improve how we operate and progress your salary as your contribution develops.

A construction management, surveying or related degree would be useful. I’m equally interested in someone who can show me their potential through what they’ve already done—in work, education or a project of their own.
