  • Supporting changes to bids, budgets and targeting under the guidance of the team.
  • Learning how to assess advertising spend, sales, clicks and conversion.
  • Helping prepare clear performance reports and account updates.
  • Working with colleagues to support advertising for product launches and promotions.
  • Keeping accurate records of campaign changes, tasks and outstanding actions.
  • Contributing ideas, asking questions and applying what you learn to improve results.
  • Taking on greater campaign responsibility as your knowledge and skills develop.

The Person

  • Enthusiasm for digital marketing and a strong desire to learn.
  • An interest in ecommerce and helping clients grow their businesses.
  • Good attention to detail and an organised approach to work.
  • The ability to work with numbers and identify patterns in data.
  • Basic spreadsheet skills and a willingness to develop them.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to follow guidance, act on feedback and complete agreed tasks.
  • A proactive approach to learning new tools and solving problems.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Available to commute to our office and work in person five days a week, Monday to Friday.

Previous experience in marketing, PPC or ecommerce would be an advantage. Relevant study, work experience and personal projects are also welcome.

Experience with Amazon or its advertising platform is preferred, but not essential.

What We Offer

  • Training and practical support in Amazon advertising.
  • The opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of client accounts.
  • Experience using advertising, research and reporting tools.
  • Increasing responsibility as your skills develop.
  • The opportunity to build your marketing career within a growing agency.
