About the role

CAS London is looking for a Junior PA & Content Coordinator to join us on a part-time basis for 12 hours per week.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining PA and administrative support, client communication, and social media/content creation.

You’ll work predominantly remotely, with one in-person meeting per month in South London. We’re looking for someone who is organised and dependable, comfortable using their initiative, and also has a creative side and an interest in social media.

No two days will necessarily look the same. One day you might be managing emails, appointments and follow-ups; another could involve creating social media content, researching something for the business or helping with a client enquiry.

This would be a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to gain practical experience across different areas of a growing business.

Key responsibilitiesPA & Administration

  • Manage and monitor the general business inbox
  • Respond to routine enquiries and direct emails appropriately
  • Support with diary management, appointments and follow-ups
  • Keep track of actions, deadlines and outstanding tasks
  • Prepare documents, correspondence and other business materials
  • Carry out research and general administrative tasks
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

Social Media & Content

  • Assist with managing CAS London's social media channels
  • Create and schedule engaging social media content
  • Suggest new and creative content ideas
  • Film and edit short-form videos and Reels
  • Capture behind-the-scenes and day-to-day content
  • Take photos and videos when required
  • Assist with writing captions and planning content
  • Keep up to date with relevant social media trends and suggest ideas we could use

Client Support

  • Support with client enquiries and communications
  • Assist with handling complaints and client issues on behalf of the business
  • Communicate professionally and sensitively with clients
  • Follow up on outstanding matters
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and actions
  • Escalate complex or sensitive matters when appropriate
  • Help ensure clients receive a professional, friendly and responsive service

General Business Support

  • Assist with projects and new initiatives
  • Carry out ad-hoc research and administrative tasks
  • Support with meetings and other business activities
  • Work across different areas of the business when additional support is needed
  • Take on new responsibilities as the role develops

About you

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

  • Highly organised and able to manage your own workload
  • Proactive and comfortable using your initiative
  • Reliable, responsive and good at meeting deadlines
  • Confident communicating by email and phone
  • Professional and personable when dealing with clients
  • Creative and genuinely interested in social media and content
  • Comfortable filming and editing simple short-form videos
  • A strong written communicator with good attention to detail
  • Calm and professional when dealing with complaints or difficult situations
  • Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Flexible and happy working across a variety of tasks
  • Keen to learn, develop and take on more responsibility over time

Experience

Previous experience in PA support, administration, social media or content creation would be beneficial, but it is not essential.

We’re more interested in finding someone who is organised, capable, creative, reliable and willing to learn.

You may be at the beginning of your career, looking to gain more hands-on experience, or looking for a flexible part-time role where you can develop a broad range of skills.

Basic experience using tools such as Canva, Instagram, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace would be useful, although training can be provided where needed.

What we offer

  • 12 hours of work per week
  • Flexibility around how the weekly hours are worked
  • Predominantly remote working
  • One in-person meeting per month in South London
  • A varied role with genuine responsibility
  • Experience across PA support, administration, client services and content creation
  • Opportunities to learn and develop new skills
  • The opportunity for the role and hours to grow as the business develops

Who this role would suit

This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and being involved in different parts of a business rather than being tied to one type of task.

You might spend part of your day organising appointments and managing emails, before moving on to creating a Reel, researching something for a project or helping to resolve a client query.

If you’re organised, proactive, creative, naturally helpful and keen to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

How to apply

Please apply with your CV and a short introduction telling us a little about yourself, why this role interests you and why you think you would be a good fit for CAS London.

If you have created social media content before, you’re also welcome to include examples or links to your work, although this is not essential.
