Junior Multi-Skilled Tradesman

We are looking for a Junior Multi-Skilled Tradesman to join our growing maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to develop a career in property maintenance. Full training will be provided to help you gain hands-on skills across multiple trades.

About the Role:

As a Junior Multi-Skilled Tradesman, you will assist in general maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments across residential properties. You will learn a variety of tasks, from plastering and painting to tiling and carpentry, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.

This role requires flexibility, as you may be required to travel to various properties. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with maintenance and repair work on residential properties.

• Learn and develop skills in painting, decorating, tiling, flooring, plastering, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs.

• Support the team in diagnosing and fixing general building issues efficiently and professionally.

• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard, following health and safety guidelines.

• Work alongside experienced tradesmen to complete planned and emergency repair projects.

• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth project completion.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Basic knowledge of tools and general maintenance (preferred but not essential).

• A full UK driving licence is beneficial but not required.
