REBOOT DEVICES is a new mobile phone repair business in Lincoln city centre. We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Junior Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join us on a casual, zero-hours basis as the business launches.

This is a paid position with initial shifts expected to be approximately 4 hours on selected Saturdays, based around our scheduled trading dates. There may be opportunities for additional and more regular hours as the business grows.

What you’ll be doing

• Mobile phone screen replacements Battery replacements Basic fault diagnosis Testing devices before and after repairs Safely handling customers’ devices Keeping the repair workspace clean and organised Recording repairs accurately Providing friendly customer service

What we’re looking for

You don’t need years of professional experience, but you should have some hands-on experience repairing mobile phones and be comfortable carrying out basic repairs.

You should be:

• Confident carrying out screen replacements Careful when working on customers’ devices Reliable and trustworthy Detail-focused Friendly and professional with customers Willing to learn and develop your repair skills

Hours

This is initially a zero-hours position, with shifts offered around REBOOT DEVICES’ scheduled trading dates. Initial shifts are expected to be approximately 4 hours on selected Saturdays.

Pay

£12.71–£13.00 per hour, depending on experience.
