Junior/Mid Full-Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Junior-Mid Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. Our tech platform the core part of our business model, The right fit and attitude is more important than experience and technical ability. As a result, we’re ideally looking for anyone with 1-3 years experience, and will tailor the job to that person. Ultimately, you will play a crucial role in the development of our platform, working closely with the engineering team, insurance broking teams and executive team to bring new features to life. On a day to day you will:

• Collaborate closely with members of the team to develop and implement new features and ideas.
• Develop, test and deploy software applications and systems that align with business objectives and enhance the insurance experience for our brokers.
• Implement efficient and scalable code using best practices, coding standards and modern technologies.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability and adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues, identifying and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
• Optimise software applications for performance, scalability and security.

Desirable but not essential:

Server and CI/CD Setup: experience with specific tools or platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GitHub Actions.
