The Role

• Representing client brands through customer-facing campaigns
• Engaging with customers and creating positive brand experiences
• Understanding customer needs and buying behaviour
• Communicating products and services effectively
• Developing sales, communication and negotiation skills
• Supporting customer acquisition and campaign objectives
• Contributing customer insights to improve campaign performance
