Junior Marketing Manager

Newcastle upon Tyne | Full-time | Permanent

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Marketing Manager to join our Newcastle city centre team.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in marketing, campaign management and client account management. You will receive structured training, ongoing mentoring and hands-on experience supporting live client campaigns.

The Role

• Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns
• Tracking campaign performance and preparing reports
• Conducting market and competitor research
• Supporting client meetings and relationships
• Assisting with promotional campaigns and events
• Developing leadership and campaign management skills

Training & Progression

You will follow a structured development programme with regular coaching and performance reviews.

Successful employees may progress to Marketing Manager, with a salary of £35,000 per year, based on performance, capability and business requirements.
