Aura Connections is an outsourced sales and marketing company working with some of the UK's best-known brands, including E.ON, EE and British Gas. We specialise in events, business-to-business and field-based marketing, helping our clients build brand awareness and acquire new customers.

Our focus is simple: grow our clients' brand presence, deliver high-quality customer engagement and drive long-term growth through well-run campaigns.

What you'll do:

• Represent major UK brands at events, in businesses and in the field
• Build brand awareness by engaging new audiences and communicating each brand's message clearly
• Drive customer acquisition by helping new customers choose the right products and services
• Work towards individual and team customer acquisition targets
• Support the planning and delivery of client marketing campaigns
• Share customer insights to help improve brand awareness and campaign performance
• Take part in regular training on marketing, brand representation and communication

Training and progression:

You'll join a structured training programme with one-to-one coaching and mentoring from day one. You'll learn the fundamentals of brand awareness, customer acquisition and campaign delivery, with clear routes to progress into campaign leadership and management roles as your performance grows.
