What You'll Be Doing

Customer Engagement & Brand Representation

• Represent client brands professionally and confidently through direct customer interactions.

• Deliver engaging customer experiences that build brand awareness and customer loyalty.

• Support customer acquisition campaigns through face-to-face engagement.

• Act as a positive ambassador for client products and services.

Campaign Support & Business Development

• Assist in the execution of marketing and customer acquisition campaigns.

• Work with team members to achieve campaign goals and performance targets.

• Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.

• Support day-to-day campaign delivery across different client projects.

Market Insight & Performance Support

• Gather customer feedback and insights to support campaign improvement.

• Monitor customer behaviour, trends, and competitor activity.

• Assist in tracking campaign performance and reporting results.

Learning & Development

• Participate in structured training covering sales, marketing, communication, and leadership development.

• Work closely with experienced team members and senior staff to build commercial skills.

• Develop confidence in communication, relationship building, and problem-solving.

• Gain exposure to leadership practices through observation and supported learning.
