Who We Are

At BasePoint, we specialise in delivering in-person sales and marketing campaigns for established brands, helping our clients connect with customers, strengthen their market presence and drive commercial growth.

We're currently working alongside EE, supporting the expansion of their events and retail campaigns across London. As our operations continue to grow, we're looking for ambitious individuals to join our marketing team and develop towards future leadership opportunities.

The Opportunity

Our Junior Marketing opportunity is designed for individuals looking to build practical experience in marketing, customer acquisition and commercial development, with the potential to progress into team leadership.

You'll begin by learning how our campaigns operate, gaining hands-on experience in customer engagement, brand representation and campaign performance. This provides the foundation for understanding how successful campaigns are delivered and how teams contribute to their growth.

Your Role & Development

As you develop, you'll gain exposure to different aspects of campaign operations, from achieving individual performance objectives to understanding how teams are coordinated, supported and developed.

For those who demonstrate strong performance and leadership potential, there are opportunities to take on additional responsibilities in coaching, team coordination, KPI management and campaign development.

Our focus is on building capable individuals who can eventually help lead teams, maintain high standards and contribute to the continued expansion of our client campaigns.

Who We're Looking For

Previous marketing or sales experience isn't essential. We're particularly interested in individuals who are eager to learn, enjoy working with people and want to develop their skills in a growing commercial environment.

Experience in retail, hospitality, events, sport or customer service can be beneficial, but isn't required.
