ABOUT THE CLIENT

We’re working with an established UK gaming business that develops engaging gaming content for players across the country.

Due to continued growth and expansion within their digital gaming offering, they’re looking for grads and juniors with a background in JavaScript / TypeScript / Java / C++ for a long term career in iGame Development. You will join their Birmingham-based team and help build visually engaging, browser-based gaming experiences.

THE JUNIOR iGAME DEVELOPER ROLE:

As a Junior iGame Developer, you’ll develop and optimise graphical applications for browser-based games.

You’ll work with technologies to bring game visuals and interactions to life, collaborating closely with artists, designers and other developers to create smooth and engaging gameplay experiences.

You’ll also be responsible for writing clean, maintainable code, troubleshooting technical issues and continuously improving performance across different platforms.

JUNIOR iGAME DEVELOPER ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Experience with one of - JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C++ or other backend technology
• University degree within Computer Science. Physics or related
• First or high 2.1 grades preferred
• Driving licence or ability to commute for a fully on site role.
