The Role
We are looking for a Junior Heat Pump Engineer to join our team and work alongside experienced installation engineers.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in renewables, with full training and progression into a fully qualified Heat Pump Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the installation of air source heat pump systems
Support with pipework, cylinder installs, and system wiring
Help with radiator upgrades and underfloor heating systems
Carry out basic servicing and fault finding (training provided)
Assist with commissioning and system setup
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Work closely with senior engineers on-site
Travel to customer properties across the North West

Requirements
Essential:
Full UK driving licence
Basic plumbing or heating knowledge (on-site experience)
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Good communication skills and professional attitude

Desirable (not essential):
NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating
Experience with heating systems or renewables
Unvented hot water qualification (G3)
Basic electrical knowledge

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
