Junior Graphic Designer & Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic and ambitious Junior Graphic Designer & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining graphic design, content creation and marketing, helping bring the Caribbean brand and our premium external shading products to life across print and digital channels.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll work across the business, turning ideas, product information and technical details into clear, creative and visually engaging communications.

From brochures and advertising to e-shots, technical literature and new product launches – no two days will be the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing brochures, leaflets, advertisements and promotional materials.
• Producing technical data sheets, product specifications and sales-support documents.
• Creating clear operation, maintenance and installation instructions.
• Developing product illustrations, diagrams, infographics and icons.
• Designing and building branded e-shots and email campaigns.
• Creating graphics and content for our website, social media and digital advertising.
• Preparing presentations, case studies and other customer-facing materials.
• Supporting new product launches, promotions, exhibitions and marketing campaigns.
• Editing product and lifestyle photography for print and digital use.
• Creating and editing basic video content.
• Keeping existing marketing materials and product information up to date.
• Working with our external marketing partners to develop content and creative ideas.
• Helping maintain a strong and consistent Caribbean brand across everything we do.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with creative flair, strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to develop their career in design and marketing.

You’ll ideally have:

• Practical experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• A good eye for layout, typography, colour and visual consistency.
• The ability to create clean illustrations, diagrams and icons.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good written communication and proofreading skills.
• The ability to take a brief and turn it into effective creative work.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn, contribute ideas and develop.

Applicants should be able to provide a portfolio of relevant design work, whether professional, educational or personal.

Experience with photography, videography, Adobe Premiere Pro, e-shot platforms, website CMS systems or social media content creation would be advantageous but isn't essential.

Hours: Monday–Thursday, 9am–5pm | Friday, 8am–4pm
Location: Sudbury, Suffolk

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
