Job Summary
Glasswells is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer Full-Time 37.5hrs/weekto join our in-house marketing team. This full-time role is ideal for a recent graphic design graduate looking to develop their skills within a busy retail environment. Working as part of our marketing team, you will create a wide range of design assets across both print and digital, including brochures, flyers, press advertising, website graphics, digital adverts, email campaigns, in-store point-of-sale materials and signage. You will also support the wider marketing team with a variety of marketing and design projects as required.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Graphic Design and be confident using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. You will have a good understanding of visual communication, typography and layout, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in a design role at a long-established, family-run home retailer.

An interest in, or some experience with, video editing, digital marketing or photography would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Qualifications:
Graphic Design degree is required.
