Junior Graphic and Production Designer
Position overview:
We are looking for a Junior Graphic and Production Designer to join our Pan-European Marketing team. In this role, you will support the creation of high-quality multilingual literature and digital assets for customers across Europe.
Working closely with experienced designers and marketing colleagues, you will combine accurate production work with opportunities to contribute to a wider range of creative projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Incorporate translated copy and edits into English master documents using InDesign
- Proofread and quality-check multilingual materials
- Prepare and export artwork for print and digital use
- Support creative projects from initial brief through to final delivery
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining dōTERRA’s brand standards
- Collaborate with colleagues across the European and US teams
Qualifications and experience:
- A degree or higher qualification in graphic design or a related subject
- Ideally 1–3 years of experience in graphic or production design; strong graduates with relevant practical experience will also be considered
- A portfolio demonstrating your design skills and style
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Understanding of preparing files for print and digital use
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
- Strong communication, organisation and collaboration skills
- A proactive approach and enthusiasm for learning and development
- Experience with multilingual documents, Adobe After Effects or similar motion-design software would be an advantage but is not essential.
