Junior Estate Agent – Full Training Provided

We’re recruiting for a well-established independent estate agency with an excellent reputation across South East London, offering an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Junior Estate Agent .

No previous estate agency experience is required. Full training, ongoing support and clear career progression will be provided.

The Role Working alongside an experienced team, you’ll gain hands-on experience across residential property sales and lettings while developing the skills needed to build a successful career in estate agency.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Supporting the sales team with the day-to-day running of the office
• Assisting with and conducting property viewings
• Showcasing properties to prospective buyers and tenants
• Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
• Building strong relationships with buyers, tenants, landlords and vendors
• Delivering excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Handling property enquiries and keeping clients updated
• Learning how to generate new business opportunities
• Developing and building your own client base
• Keeping property records and marketing details up to date
• Working in a busy, friendly office with ongoing coaching and support

About You This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is commercially minded and wants to build a long-term career in property .

You’ll Ideally Have

• Experience in retail, hospitality, leisure, banking, customer service or sales
• A confident and professional communication style
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive and motivated approach
• A genuine interest in sales and property
• The ambition to progress within the estate agency industry
• A full UK driving licence, or be working towards obtaining one

Estate agency experience is not essential – we’re looking for the right personality, attitude and potential. What’s on Offer
