Junior Developer

We're looking for a hands-on Junior Developer to help maintain and improve client WordPress sites and plugins, and to support our work on web apps and mobile apps for iOS and Android. You'll work on real client projects with hands-on mentorship from our senior developers. Knowing your way around HTML and CSS is a bonus.

This is an office-based role in Leigh-on-Sea. It suits someone with practical project experience who wants to grow with a friendly, passionate team.

What you'll be doing

• Making edits and updates to client WordPress sites, including pages, content, layouts and settings
• Installing, configuring and updating WordPress plugins and themes
• Making HTML and CSS tweaks where needed
• Assisting the team with web apps and mobile apps for iOS and Android
• Utilising AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini to work faster and solve problems
• Testing sites and apps, and reporting any issues
• Working alongside senior developers on live client projects

Pay: £25,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
