Job Description:
We’re looking for a motivated Junior Developer to support and develop a live software platform used by real customers. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone with a strong interest in computing who wants to begin a career in software development.
No previous coding experience is required - full training will be provided. You’ll work alongside experienced developers who will mentor you in modern development practices and emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting and maintaining a live web-based application
  • Investigating and resolving technical issues
  • Assisting with bug fixes and system improvements
  • Learning to build and enhance features
  • Working with databases and backend systems
  • Supporting testing and deployments
  • Contributing to documentation and internal knowledge sharing

Technologies You’ll Learn & Use
You’ll gain hands-on experience working with:

  • PHP(backend development)
  • MySQL(database management)
  • Next.js(modern frontend development)
  • Version control using Git
  • AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality

We will actively train you in practical AI usage for coding, automation and workflow optimisation so you develop modern, future-ready skills.
