We are a growing technology team building and developing modern digital platforms and software products. Our development environment is fast-paced and practical, with a strong focus on solving real business problems through technology. We use modern development tools, including AI-assisted development with Claude Code, to improve productivity and help our engineers build, test, and maintain software efficiently.

About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer with practical experience in frontend and/or backend development. You do not need to know every technology we use. We value strong programming fundamentals and the ability to learn and adapt more than simply knowing a specific framework. You will work on developing new features, improving existing systems, fixing technical issues, integrating APIs and services, and helping us continuously improve our platforms. We are looking for someone who can take a task from understanding the requirement through to development, testing, and completion.

What We're Looking For

• Strong programming and software development fundamentals.
• Experience developing frontend or backend applications.
• Experience with at least one modern programming language or framework.
• Experience with technologies such as React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Laravel/PHP, Node.js, Python, or similar.
• Good understanding of APIs and databases.
• Experience with Git and version control.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and work with an existing codebase.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Ability to work independently and make sensible technical decisions.
• Strong attention to code quality and maintainability.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.

Skills & Experience

We are not expecting you to know everything. You may be stronger in frontend development, backend development, or have experience across both. Experience with React and/or Laravel is particularly useful for our current environment, but candidates with experience in other languages and frameworks are encouraged to apply. Experience with Claude Code or other AI-assisted coding tools is highly desirable. We expect you to be comfortable using AI tools to accelerate development while still being able to understand, review, test, debug, and take responsibility for the code produced.
