We're looking for a talented, enthusiastic and creative Junior Designer to join our team in an exciting role to help bring our brands and products to life through eye catching, innovative and engaging packaging designs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an emerging designer to develop their skills, gain valuable experience and work across a diverse portfolio in a fast paced environment.

The Role

You will support the creation and development of packaging artwork for a wide range of toy products distributed across European markets.

You will help ensure our packaging is visually exciting, commercially effective, brand consistent and compliant with relevant EU packaging and product labelling requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Creating packaging and product artworks from briefs for toy products

· Assisting the team with daily creative tasks

· Mocking up packaging and product samples in our in-house design studio including paper crafting, using a range of equipment, cutting and assembling

· Make artwork amendments and updates based on feedback

· Ensure packaging meets brand standards and relevant regulatory and labelling requirements

· Working on presentations for new product ranges

· Assisting with showroom and exhibition display

· Research for new ideas and products

· Reviewing and sending artwork files to factories

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is creative, organised, enthusiastic and has a genuine passion for design.

Essential

· Working knowledge and use of Illustrator and Photoshop

· Passion for design and creative flair

· Eye for composition, layout and colour

· Superb attention to detail

· Understanding of the market trends

· Ability to work and communicate as a part of a team
