WE’RE SERIOUSLY INTO HEALTHY SKIN.

AND SO ARE OUR BRANDS.

We are the home of scientifically proven, planet-positive skin health brands. Leading the way with science, innovation, and knowledge, we are proactively transforming how people feel in their skin.

Our founders David and Tracy have a pioneering vision to pro-actively transform the beauty industry through science, innovation, and education. This has led the way to better, scientifically proven, long-lasting results in skincare, and better business success for salon professionals and brand partners.

About this role

We have an incredible story to tell, but our success depends entirely on how we tell it in pictures, words, and connections with our audience.

As Junior Designer at iiaa, you will support the creative team in delivering engaging, accurate and consistent design across our portfolio of skin health brands.

Reporting to the Head of Creative, and with day to day design guidance from the Senior Designer, you will work on smaller design briefs and adapt approved campaign creative across digital, social and print channels. Your work will include assets such as emails, web banners, social content, presentations, POS and marketing materials.

You will also support our Artworker with amends and artwork preparation appropriate to your experience and assist the Head of Creative with design tasks as required. Working alongside our Senior Designer, Artworker and Photographer, you will gain experience across a variety of brands, projects and formats.

This role would suit an emerging designer with strong creative foundations, a careful eye for detail and enthusiasm for learning. You will have opportunities to contribute ideas and develop your skills through clear briefs, regular feedback and practical experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver day to day design briefs in line with brand guidelines, agreed creative direction and deadlines.
  • Adapt approved campaign designs across different sizes, formats and channels, maintaining consistency and accuracy.
  • Create digital assets such as email layouts, web banners, social media content and digital advertising using established designs and templates.
  • Design and update print materials, presentations, POS and other marketing collateral with guidance from the wider creative team.
  • Support the Senior Designer with campaign rollout, layout development and asset preparation.
  • Support the Artworker with amends, resizing, file preparation and other production tasks appropriate to your experience and under their guidance.

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • A portfolio demonstrating strong design foundations, including typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy. This may include work from education, placements, freelance projects or personal practice.
  • Working knowledge across Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, alongside some practical experience with tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • A willingness to build confidence across the wider Adobe suite and learn new tools, with support from the creative team.
  • An understanding of how to adapt designs for digital and print formats, with a willingness to develop your production knowledge.
  • Good attention to detail and a careful, consistent approach to design tasks and amends.
  • The ability to follow brand guidelines, work from an established creative direction and apply feedback.

Desirable

  • Experience gained through an internship, placement, freelance work or a previous junior design role.
  • Basic motion design or video editing skills demonstrated through education, personal projects or professional work.
  • Some experience preparing files for print.
  • An interest in beauty, skincare, wellness or lifestyle brands.
