Key Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and accuracy of business data across internal systems.
• Assist with data quality checks and identify incomplete or inconsistent records.
• Update and maintain datasets, spreadsheets and digital records.
• Support data governance and information-management processes.
• Help prepare reports, data summaries and routine analytical information.
• Assist with documenting data procedures and maintaining clear records.
• Respond to routine data-related queries from internal teams.
• Support data privacy, security and confidentiality requirements.
• Help investigate basic data issues and escalate complex matters when required.
• Support wider data, reporting and information-management projects.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, datasets and digital systems.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize tasks and work to deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis, SQL or reporting tools is helpful.
• Professional approach to confidential and sensitive information.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Previous professional data experience is not essential for this entry-level role.
• Willingness to learn data systems, governance processes and analytical tools.
