Junior Customer Service Representative

Duties

• Answering customer calls and building rapport over the phone
• Processing sales orders and invoicing
• Processing payments
• Managing customer returns and service requests
• Handling customer queries (technical training and support will be provided)
• General administrative duties as required

Qualifications

• Friendly and willing to work well with others
• Reliable and able to work on their own or with others
• Enjoys customer service and building relationships
• Great on the phone

This is a small business, and you will be expected to pitch in. Great personal skills and getting on well with others is an absolute must.

Pay: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
