Junior Content Designer

Our client is hiring for a Junior Content Designer role supporting public-sector communications-bringing structure, tone, and plain-language clarity to documents and services.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the redesign of processes and documents, helping remove friction for end users
• Ensure content reflects tone of voice, values, and brand expectations
• Create clear communications using plain language-able to explain complex topics simply (and help others do the same)
• Work hands-on across the full design journey, from concept through to implementation
• Apply continuous improvement approaches (for example, lean/agile) to keep improving how content is built and delivered
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to keep work moving smoothly
• Work autonomously, bringing ideas to life and owning your part of the design process
